He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia "Pat" Caldwell and R. C. Caldwell; and his brothers, Lloyd Caldwell and Blake Caldwell. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Sue Caldwell; his children, Cassie Caldwell, Michael Bradley Fenwick (Kirstin), Derrick Michael Fenwick (Angel), Angela Fleming (Dave) and Rebecca Seal (Eric); and his siblings, Patricia Sage, Michelle Porter and Cory Caldwell (Diane). He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren, extended family & friends.
