She was predeceased by: her former husband Hubert Lee Hazelwood; and her husband Reno Wilson. She is survived by: her children, Ronald Hazelwood, Phillip Hazelwood, Raymond Hazelwood (Tammy), Betty McCubbins (Edward), Wanda Atwell and Diana Goff (Robert). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
