She was predeceased by: her nephew Levi Wildes. She is survived by: her parents, Elizabeth Wildes of Radcliff, KY and Donnie L Wildes (Yvonne) of Chipley, FL; her brothers, Donnie Wildes (Marlania) of Cadiz, KY and Jack D. Wildes of Scott, AR; her daughter Ariel Johnston; her grandson Logan; her nieces, Jessica Townsend, Brandy Wildes and Makensie Wildes; and her nephew William "Nate" Wildes.

Any flowers or donations can be dropped off at the VFW from 10:30 am until 5:30pm on Tuesday.
