She is survived by: her sister Azerlene T Williams of Valdosta, Georgia; her uncles, David Wells (Bobbie) and George Simmons; her nephews, Kelvin and Kacy Williams; and her caregivers, Angela Monk and Crystal Madden. She is also survived by cousins other relatives and friends.
