He is survived by: his mother Sandra Tooker Davis; his children, Josh Schopp (Tasha) of Layton, Utah, Brittney McHargue (Josh) of Louisville, Mary Cueto (Justin) of Castle Rock and Megan Everage (Ray) of Radcliff, Kentucky; and his brothers, Todd, Rodd, Chad, Shane and Jason Tooker. He is also survived by eight Grandchildren; and two Great-Grandchildren.
