She was predeceased by : her parents, Vernon Adkins and Irene Adkins (Freitas); her husband Dennis Michael Blair; and her brother Henry. She is survived by : her children, Regina Thornton, Douglass M. Blair and Tracie M. Blair; and her brother William. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
