He was predeceased by: his father James M. Brock; his sister Ruby Jean Brock; and his parents-in-law, Jacqueline Clem McKenzie and George McKenzie. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Long Brock; his wife Wilma Kay Brock; his daughter Lindsay DeBord (Jordan); and his grandchildren, Carlisle Gideon and Jacqueline Rose.
