He is survived by: his pet Lady; his children, Lisa Leake of Fairmount, Rob Leake (Kim) of Martinsville and Pam Barker (Mike) of Greenwood, Indiana; his grandchildren, Jessie, Kody, Andrew, Hannah, Kayla and Dylan; and his siblings, Lois Leake (Bill) of Paulsboro, NJ, Ruth Wells (Alan) of Louisville, Barbara Leake of Bardstown, Judy Leake of Florida, Jerry Leake (Sumi) of Raywick and Larry Leake of LaFayette, Louisianna.. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
