She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Shell and Orpha Farler Shell; and her brother Dwight Shell. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Blair; her children, Phillip Blair (Melinda), Regina Adams (Terry) and Tina Costello (David); her brother Scott Shell; and her grandchildren, Dalton, Maddy and Watson. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Hindman Chapel (125 Parks Rd, Hindman, KY 41822). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
