She was predeceased by: her parents, Bethel Collins and Daisy Collins; and her siblings, Charles "Chuck" Collins and Sharon Liebo. She is survived by: her significant other Steve Odell of Reed, KY; her sons, Chris Collins (Jessalyn) of Reed, KY, Kindall Collins (Rachel) of Reed, KY and David Howard (Andrea) of Reed, KY; and her sisters, Terri Clement of Henderson, KY and Paula Collins of Henderson, KY. She is also survived by several grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
