With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Burns (Richmond, Kentucky), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 29, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pennington and Marie Hendrick Pennington; her sister Opal Pennington Marshall (Bud); and her niece Anna Marie Marshall. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Burns, Neil Burns (Maureen), Matthew Burns (Jessica) and Michael Burns (Anna); her grandsons, Taylor Burns, Noah Burns and Jeremiah Burns; and her stepgrandchildren, Kailyn Brown, Marley Brown and Norah Crouch. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
