He was predeceased by: his brothers, Albert and Howard Lear. He is survived by: his wife Joy Lear (Faulkner) of Richmond; his children, Lynn (Gary Grant) of Richmond Gayle, Russ Lear (Ranjini) and Carla (Allen Roberts) of Richmond; his sister Dorothy (Bill Mullins) of Richmond; his grandsons, Justin Williams of Matthew Lear, AJ and Curtis Roberts A; and his great grandchild Ketrey Williams.
