She was predeceased by: her husband John Wayne West; and her brother Col. Jack William Blair Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Kristin West Agnoli (Matt) of Virginia Beach, VA and Katherine West Vance (Charlie) of Covington, KY; her grandchildren, William Agnoli, Emilia Agnoli, Cora Vance and Esme Vance; her sister Claudia Blair Stowe (Harold) of Signal Mountain, TN; and her caregiver Telford Terrace. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
