She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jefferson "Jeff" and Helen "Lenora" Baker Hendrickson; her brother J. "Steve" Hendrickson I; and her niece Brittany D. Collins. She is survived by: her significant other Lisa; her pets, Willow and Maggie of Richmond, KY; her siblings, Theresa Hendrickson, Gina Collins (Dennis) and Tim Hendrickson of Maineville, OH; her nephews, T. J. Hendrickson, Joe Hendrickson (Dana), J. Steven Hendrickson II and J. Scott Hendrickson; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Aiden, Adam, Kaylen, Evan, Elias Hendrickson, Giselle and Rylan Collins; Tyger Collins of Ohio.
In keeping with Cathy's generous spirit and giving heart, her final act of kindness was to give others a second chance at life through organ and tissue donation.
