She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Little and Marie Barrett Little; her granddaughter Viviane Morningstar Waters; and her brother Ellis Little. She is survived by: her husband Bruce R. Waters; her children, Bruce Leon Waters and Connie Lorine Waters; her grandchildren, Rita Fancis Waters, Sky Byrd Ocean, Devyn Gray Little, Freedom Dawn Waters, Myrrhanda Hope Osbirn-Waters and Rosalita Quin Waters; her great grandchildren, Delilah Marie Waters-Caudy and Hunter Sage Harrington; and her siblings, Edward Little and Francis Stamper.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home (328 W Main St, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
