He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Johnson and Rosalie McCammon Johnson; and his brother Steve Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Penny Johnson; his daughters, Amberlee Johnson (Jared), Bethany Lewis (Danny), Candace DeWitt (Alex), Danika Johnson and Eliana Johnson; his grandchildren, Aidan Johnson, Aaliyah Johnson, Ava Johnson, Scottie Lewis and Hudson DeWitt; his siblings, Jerry Johnson and Janet Hall (Jimmie); and his siblings-in-law, Becky Johnson and Bill Dailey (Linda).
In lieu of flowers, donations to help with final expenses can be made to the funeral home or family.
