He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Uckotter and Anna Kundek Uckotter; his former wife Chrystie Uckotter; and his brother Dave Uckotter. He is survived by: his wife Patti Uckotter; his daughters, Marie, Martha and Anna Uckotter; his stepchildren, Chris Costello (Hilary) and Elizabeth Costello (Brack Morgan); his grandchildren, Maren Costello, Sloane Costello, Colten Morgan, Isaiah Morgan and Anderson Morgan; his siblings, Ken Uckotter (Diane), Tim Uckotter and Mary Uckotter; and his sister-in-law Donna Uckotter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
