He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Osborne and Maude Cole Osborne; and his brothers, Ceyphus Eugene "Gene", Russell, Ervie and Jake Osborne.
He is survived by: his wife Imogene Osborne; his children, Rowena Phillips (Tommy) of Beattyville, KY, Theresa Bryan (Chester) of Richmond, KY and Steve Osborne (Anita) of Ravenna, KY; his grandchildren, Melissa Puckett (Josh) of Richmond, Andrea Haling of Irvine, Hannah Powell (Brian) of Lexington, Rebecca Hocker (Lamaur), Sarah Price of Richmond and Daniel Bryan (Sarah) of Irvine; his great grandchildren, Jayden Osborne, Caleb Haling (Victoria), Alyssa Haling, Hailey Slone (Joseph), Pheonix Turner, Izabella Turner, Aaliyah Hocker, James Price, Beckett Price, Brayden Chalfant, Olivia Puckett, Aubrey Puckett, Emmaline Powell, Caroline Powell and Raelyn Bryan; his great great grandchildren, Imogene Haling and Oakley Haling; his sisters, Reba Snyder and Thelma Brandenburg; and his granddaughter Crystal Jean Greenhill.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Booneville Funeral Home (3450 KY-11, Booneville, KY 41314). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
