He is survived by: his wife Flora Mullins Day; his children, Debra Grubb (David) and Larry Day (Pam) of Richmond; and his grandchildren, Krista Campbell (Jason), Shawnna Garrett, Jennifer Smith (Travis), Heather Vivona (Kyle) and Bradley Grubb. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
