He is survived by: his children, Mike Whalen (Glenna) and Elvis Wayne "Wink" Whalen, Jr.; his grandchildren, Joseph Whalen (Amanda), Matthew Whalen (Haley Allen), Christopher Whalen, Kimberly Whalen and Brandon Whalen; his brother Gary Hall; his pet Gus; and his close friend William Goins. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
