He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mzee Ephraim Odhuno and Mzee Christopher Asol Okeno; his mother Mikal Owiti Asol of Uyoma Katwenga', Kenya.; Hilda Rebecca Odhuno of Ugenya Mudhiero. He is survived by: his father Dr. Tom Otieno; and his siblings, Christopher Otieno and Rebecca Otieno. He is also survived by uncles and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home (1110 Barnes Mill Rd, Richmond, KY 40475).
