He is survived by: his parents, Delbert Crutcher and Eliza Crutcher; his wife Mary Cruse Crutcher; his children, Samantha Crutcher, Jasup Shepard and Hope Chadwell; his grandchildren, Charity Shepard and Anniston Shepard; his siblings, Doug Crutcher (Dianna) and Edie Toothman (Steve); and his siblings' children, Landon (Destiny), Leigha, Jayvon, Senthia, Christian (Katie), Olivia and Easton.
