She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Gregory and Frankie Jane Miller Gregory; her husband Roy Campbell Lakes; her daughter Debra Lynn Tudor; and her siblings, Gillis Gregory, Oscar Gregory, Ernest Gregory, Geraldine Powell, Myrtle York, Bernice Dunn and Reva Abner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Lakes, Kimberly Lakes and Beverly Kass (Stephen); and her grandchildren, Lauren, Hillary, Allen, Tommy, Amanda and Travis. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
