She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Anderkin and Pearl Martin Anderkin; her stepmother Gertrude Anderkin; her husband David Cuzick; her sisters, Patty Roy, Wanda Prater, Dorothy Olsovski, Gladys Gill and Loretta Smith; her children, Anthony Hamblen (Lana) and Crystal Whittemore (Shane); her siblings, Frankie Anderkin (Arlene) and Peggy Mason (Bobby); and her grandchildren, Zachary, Nicholas Hamblen, Madison and Lillian Whittemore.
She is survived by: her niece Cheryl Richardson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lakes Funeral Home (203 N Dogwood Dr, Berea, KY 40403). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Madison County Memorial Gardens (210 Rice Ln W, Richmond, KY 40475).
