With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fred Ballou III (Richmond, Kentucky), born in Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on August 23, 2020 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Fred Lewis Ballou Jr. and Mary Jane Hammell Ballou; his wife Elizabeth Ann "Beth" Ballou; and his children, Michael Paul Ballou and Claire Elizabeth Ballou.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the Madison County Humane Society at Humane Society Animal League, 128 Big Hill Avenue, Richmond, KY 40475.
