Gary Gene Hart Obituary
We announce the death of Gary Gene Hart of Richmond, Kentucky, who passed away on October 8, 2026, at the age of 82. Gary will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lincoln Hart and Leona Herrin Hart; his wife Linda Vaught Hart; and his brothers, Donald Hart and Ronald Hart.
He is survived by: his sons, Adam Hart (Andrea) and Jason Hart (Michelle); his sister Joanne Lakes; his grandchildren, Jessica Janes (Jeremiah), Cody Hart, Emily Hart and Ava Hart; and his great grandchildren, Claire and Coleson Janes. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Red House Global Methodist Church (2400 Red House Rd, Richmond, KY 40475). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
