He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce W. Cooper; and his son Ronald Cooper. He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Cooper of Maryville, TN, Judy Foushee (Tom) of Tallmadge, OH and Pamela Rucker (James) of Lancaster, KY; and his brother Harold Cooper of Niagara Falls, NY. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
