He is survived by: his wife Liza Watts Brackney; his daughters, Sarah Arni (Dominic Arni), Abigail Brackney (Daniel Miller), Kathryn Brackney and Rachel Brackney; his grandchildren, Jack, Elizabeth, Ryan Arni, Emily Brackney, Logan, Avery, Mason Miller, Eliot Scott, Esmae and Everett Brackney; his stepchildren, Shene Watson, Tyson Watson and Dr. Jillian Watts-Abdul (Jay); his stepgrandchildren, Sintel Watson, JaKyra Thomas, Zaiden Granillo, Nia Watts, Chance Vancleave and Ezra Watson; his mother Mildred J. Zimmerman Stockwell; his siblings, Kevin Brackney, Rebecca Davis (David Davis), Michael Stockwell (Kara Stockwell), William Stockwell, Michelle Sandusky (Charles Sandusky) and Brad Brackney (Tracy Brackney); and his stepbrothers, Robert and Mark David Sinclair. He is also survived by loving extended family, including numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
