It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hazel Loretta Lively of Richmond, Kentucky, who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, James Arthur and Myrtle Mcbee Rapier; her husband Leon L. Lively; her son Derick Anderson; and her siblings, Herman, James Donald Rapier, Elzetta Elliott and Valerie Rose.

She is survived by : her son Ron Anderson; her siblings, Ernest Rapier, Richard Rapier and Vesta Wyatt (Paul); her niece Jennifer Rose Irvin; and her brother-in-law Larry Rose. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
