She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Lucille Beckett (Presley) and Hershell Gentry; her daughter DyKalah Gentry; her brother CJ Beckett; her grandmother Helen Marie Grubbs; her sister Sherry Beckett; her close friend Carmelita Wright; and her niece Amanda.
She is survived by: her sons, Christopher Burns and Jayden Jackson of Richmond, Kentucky; her niece Ivory Gentry; her goddaughter Lauren; her husband Carlos Demario Moore; her brothers, Thomas Eugene Gentry of Richmond and William Earley of Bushnell, Florida; her niece Kylie; and her nephews, Kwali Gentry and Titus Gentry. She is also survived by extended family members, friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church (305 Elm St, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
