She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Jackson Gilliam and Mary Jane Simpson Gilliam; and her siblings, Ira Gilliam, Harold Gilliam, Kenneth Gilliam, Laura Lu Gilliam, Elizabeth Short, Lucille Denson, Opal Richardson and Frances Lamb.
She is survived by: her brother Bobby Gilliam. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
