He was predeceased by : his parents, Jackie Lee Busher Sr. and Judy Ann Swartzbaugh-Gazzarari; his grandparents, Louis and Helen Busher; and his sister Carol Busher.

He is survived by : his wife Janet Roberts-Busher; his children, JayLynn Durham (Michael) of Richmond, Kentucky and William Roberts of Danville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Willa Roberts, Silas Roberts, Austin Naylor Jr., Houston Naylor and Brynleigh Durham; his sisters, Debra Moore, Mary Busher, Terri Fenies and JoJo Brooks; his nieces and nephews, Thomas Moore, Tyler Moore, Joe Stone, Lynn Davison, Amanda Jarnigin, Kayla Fenies, Darvy Fenies, Shealy O'Brien and Khyesha Brooks; and his brother Jim Bajcz. He is also survived by 17 great nieces and nephew.

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Camp Nelson National Cemetery (6980 Danville Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40356).
