James H. Howard Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James H. Howard of Richmond, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 17, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, James shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid James farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde B. Howard and Mary Alene Howard; and his son Eric Ross Howard. He is survived by: his significant other Joyce P. Howard; his granddaughter Gracie H. Smith (Keaton Smith); and his daughter-in-law Davina Hicks (Frank Hicks).
