She is survived by: her daughters, Dondra Smith (John) of Gatlinburg, TN and Angela Elkins (Keith) of Waco, KY; her grandchildren, Tishona Lowe (Michael) of Alcoa, TN, Emma Freeman (Mike) of Catlettsburg, KY, Clay Elkins (Annie) of Richmond, KY, Kyle Elkins and Katie Elkins of Waco, KY; her great grandchild John Thomas Freeman of Catlettsburg, KY.; her sister-in-law Sandra L. Blackburn; and her niece Kristin Noel Blackburn of Sidney, KY.. She is also survived by her family, friends, and neighbors.
