We are sad to announce that on March 16, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Janice Lipps Blevins (Richmond, Kentucky), born in Hazel Green, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William'Tip' Lipps and Zudia Elam Lipps; her husband Greg Blevins; and her siblings, Michael Lipps and Judy Blanton.

She is survived by : her niece Paula Beth Taylor; her sisters, Margie Sandusky and Lucy Cummins (Gaines); her siblings-in-law, Kathy Lipps and Paul Blanton; her stepmother June Lipps; her stepsiblings, Marietta Maggard (Jerry), Pam McCoy (Bill) and Flip Wooten (Gene); and her friend Betty Goins. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Janice are suggested to either: Hospice Care Plus, 350 Isaacs Ln., Richmond, KY 40475; or to the church or charity of your choice.
