She is survived by: her parents, Ricky Smith and Deborah Smith; her fiancé William Burgher; her children, Hannah Smith, Chelsey Burgher, Nathan Burgher and Matthew Caudill (Addie); her siblings, Brian Smith (Karen) and Sarah Woods (Randall); and her grandson Waylon Caudill.
