He was predeceased by: his parents, William Herbert "Hub" and Grace Miller Brumagen; his siblings, Roger, Jean and Brenda; and his stepson Roger Million.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hord Brumagen; his sons, Jerry Brumagen and Greg Brumagen (Robin); his stepson James "Dicky" Million (Georgia); his granddaughters, Ella and Abby Brumagen; and his stepgrandchildren, Latasha Woods and Harley Million.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home (328 W Main St, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
