It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Gail Reed of Richmond, Kentucky, who passed away on May 15, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Justice and Albert C. Justice; and her siblings, Alma Cartt (Gary), Don Justice (Ruby), Wanda Blackburn (Jimmy), Phyllis Stamper (Mike), Doug Justice (Patty) and Sharon Helvey (P. A.).
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Reed; her daughter Trina Blair (William); her grandchildren, Paige Carroll (RJ), Taylor Blair and Jaxson Blair; and her great grandchildren, Eastin and Crew Carroll.
