She is survived by: her husband John Fair; her mother Melissa Thacker Isaacs; her daughters, Brandy Dunnigan (Timothy) and Amber Parke (Keith); her stepdaughter Shellie Rudd (Jason); her sisters, Marcia Fulkerson (Steve) and Brenda Jo Isaacs (Buddy Cotton); her grandchildren, Kala Nykole Dunnigan, Luis Antonio Perez, Harleigh Kate King, Baileigh Reese King, Ryleigh Brooke King, Ivy Belle Parke, Justin Tyler Dunnigan, Timothy Patrick Dunnigan Jr. (Amanda), Haley Morgan Dunnigan, Addison Kay Parke, Nathaniel Caden Parke, Jordan Coleman Fair and Aaron Martin Fair; her great grandchildren, Jack and Trip Dunnigan; and her close friend Mary "Tootie" Fields.
