It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kim Billings of Richmond, Kentucky, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on July 13, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Cody Billings; his parents, Sam Billings and Margie Billings; and his siblings, David Billings, Patsy Billings and Kathy Billings DeBord.
He is survived by: his wife Lesa Billings; his son Taylor Billings; his daughter-in-law Julia; his pet Hooch; and his siblings-in-law, Matthew DeHart and Lana. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Richmond Little League, PO Box 457, Richmond, KY 40476, in memory of Kim Billings.
