She is survived by : her parents, Johnnie Taylor and Della Edington Samples; her husband Brian Johnson; her children, Trevor Samples, Jayce Samples, Aleiah Starr Samples and Zoey Danielle Middleton; her stepdaughter Kendra Johnson; her brother Bobby Dale Samples; and her nieces, Jada Samples and Miranda Samples. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
