He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Thomas and Laoma Richardson Thomas; and his siblings, Farrel Thomas and Carol Thomas. He is survived by: his daughters, Trina Abrams (Marshall) of Richmond and Cathy Murphy (Jimmy) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Ashley Coomes (Adam), Daniel Abrams and Nicholas Murphy (Brooke); his great grandchildren, Hunter Murphy and Avry Coomes; and his sibling's children, Norma Stocker (Perry) and Rick Thomas (Angie).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rosedale Baptist Church (411 Westover Ave, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
