She is survived by: her sons, Ronnie Newby (Kim) of Newby and Dwayne Newby (Kathleen) of Lancaster; her siblings, Kenneth Fowler, Kay Plowman and Vonda Harvey; and her grandchildren, Derrick Newby, Greg Newby, Joey Smith and Kathy Jo Coyle. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, niece and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home (328 W Main St, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
