She was predeceased by: her parents, George Washington Samples and Daisy Laura Kincaid Samples; her husband Edward Rawlins; her grandchildren, Kristy Carroll (Mark), Bryan Rawlins (Ashley), Fred Rogers Jr., Jessica Townsend (Anthony), Melissa Riley (Shawn) and Erica Stewart (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Keaton Henry, Jace Carroll, Jassmine Townsend, Zack Townsend, Bella Rogers, Jewel Rogers, Mason Riley, Maeve Riley, Miles Riley, Caden Stewart, Taylor Stewart and Brylynn Rawlins; her sons, Kenny Rawlins and Denny Rawlins; her siblings, Mattie Richardson, Jessie Lovin, Juanita Samples, Reva Richardson, Imagene Samples, Johnny Samples, Harold Samples and Shine Samples; and her grandchildren, Tonia Henry and Jonathan Tyler Rawlins.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Sue Isaacs, Estill Co, Laura Ann Rogers (Fred) and Gary Edward Rawlins (Estill Co); her brother Howard Samples; and her great great grandchild Krew Henry.
