He was predeceased by: his father Sam Chinn. He is survived by: his mother Patsy Kidwell (Frear) of Clayton; his sons, Jacob of Vermont and Andrew Chinn of Vermont; his grandmother Linda Mosher; and his brothers, Joshua L. Chinn of Richmond, KY and Andrew J. Chinn (Bethany) of Cumberland, MD. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
