It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Ramsey of Richmond, Kentucky, born in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 11, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his parents, Susan Ramsey and Oliver Ramsey; and his siblings, Peter Ramsey (Chris Ann), Christina Ramsey (Dave Ward) and Danny Copeland (Joann). He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
