He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Herald and Dorothy Herald; his wife Sue McDonald Herald; and his sister Karen Herald Tifft. He is survived by: his children, Brian Herald (Amey) of Richmond, KY, Tony Cain (Stacey) of Franklin, IN, Marva Campbell (Scott) of Cleveland, TN, Deron Herald (Carmen) of Aurora, CO and Derek Herald of Houston, TX; and his grandchildren, Adam Cain, Breanna Herald, David Campbell (Lexi) and Matthew Campbell.
