She was predeceased by: her parents, Elisha Adkins and Blanche Bevins Adkins; her daughter Angela Hazelett; and her siblings, Jack Adkins, Larry Adkins, Clara Faye Rose, Ronald and Randy Adkins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Amanda Elkins (Thomas) and Jennifer Hazelett; her siblings, Johnny Adkins (Geraldine) and Eva Brooks; her grandchildren, Justin Elkins, David Elkins, Tristan Toomey, Kristen Collins (Cody), John Elkins, Shane Toomey, Davin Elkins, Grayson Elkins, Asher Elkins, Wesley Elkins, Bradley Elkins and Braylee Elkins; and her great grandchildren, Trystin Toomey and Karsyn Collins.
