She was predeceased by: her mother Della Cynthia Mathews Jenkins; and her sister Parthenia Allen (Winston). She is survived by: her father Dean Phillip Jenkins; her sons, Shaquille Williams and Kenneth Rashad Slaughter; her siblings, Nannie Black (John), Cheryl Martin (Stewart), Venita Bullock and Darrell A. Jenkins (Donna); her grandchildren, Kayden, Kayliana and Jayden Slaughter; and her aunts and uncles, Jewell Jenkins, Wanda Peavely, Elizabeth Jenkins, Jerry Campbell and Donald Campbell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
