He is survived by: his wife Dora Cain Thomas; his mother Peggy Stevens Thomas; his stepchildren, Sandye Madden (Stephen), Jason Parker (Jessaca) and Jamie Marshall (Brian Artley); his stepgrandchildren, Stephen Madden (Amanda), Stephanie McIntosh (Tommy), Sierra Marshall (Brent Barker), Joseph Parker, Jakob Parker, Colton Parker and Logan Artley; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Austin Kerns, Anna Madden, Adalynn Madden, Alana Madden, Kylee McIntosh, Hayden McIntosh and Kenley McIntosh; and his siblings, Gary Van Thomas (Diana), Roger Thomas, Glenn Thomas (Rayna), Donald Thomas (Pamela), Debbie Winkler (Randall), Doug Thomas (Shawna), Bruce Thomas (Evelyn), Lisa Russell (Mike) and Gary Wayne Thomas (Denise). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
